Here's a smoothie recipe that'll blow your mind. Just trust me on this one...
This is what you'll need:
a small banana
a small handful of spinch (gotta get that iron in kids, plus green smoothie= health fit girl 101)
a small handful of almonds
a small handful of cashews
a small handful of dried apricots
half a peach
half a small avo
about 2/3-1 cup of water (add to reach your personal thickness satisfaction)
Then blend away for a few minutes until its silky smooth
This is enough for me for breakfast AND lunch, but I'm fine with that because it's just so damn delicious
